1. Will the codes work for ALL GAMES from my game company (i.e. – Gaia, gPotato, Aeria Fun Card, Adventure Quest, Mechquest, DragonFable)?

Yes, ALL codes will work with ALL GAMES from Gaia, gPotato, Aeria Fun Card, Adventure Quest, Mechquest, DragonFable!

2. How do you send me the Nexon Cash codes, Gaia, gPotato, and Aeria Fun Card codes after I place the order?

All Nexon Cash codes, Gaia, gPotato, Aeria Fun Card, Adventure Quest, Mechquest, DragonFable needs Card codes are EMAILED to your email address. We do NOT physically ship the cards to your home address.

If you checkout using Google Checkout, you will provide your email address. Make sure you do NOT check the “Keep my email address confidential” box. If you do, we will NOT be able to email you your Nexon Cash codes. If this box is already checked, please UNCHECK this box. This will make sure you receive your Online Game Cash code.

3. What countries do you serve?

Nexus SuperStore welcomes orders from ALL countries.

4. Will the Nexon Cash codes work for other Nexon games such as Kart Rider, Maple Story, Audition, Maginobi, etc? And will the Gaia, gPotato, and Aeria Cash codes work for all of their respective games?

Yes, Nexon Cash codes work for ALL Nexon games. As long as you are playing a Nexon game that can charge Nexon cash, our Nexon Cash codes will WORK. And yes, Gaia Cash codes will work with all Gaia games, gPotato Cash codes will work with all gPotato games, Aeria Cash codes will work with all Aeria games, and Adventure Quest codes will work with all Adventure Quest, Mechquest and DragonFable games.

5. You canceled my order due to security concerns. When will I get my refund? My bank still shows you charged my money!

We apologize if your order has been canceled due to security concerns. If you used Google Checkout and are experiencing any issues with authorizations on your credit card or debit card, we kindly ask that you please review the following Google Checkout article. 6. How do I charge my Nexon Cash code after I receive it?

Detailed instructions are provided in our order email to you.

7. I get an error when I enter the code. What’s going on?

Please note that All spaces in the code MUST be deleted. For example, a code such as [12345 67890] MUST be entered as [1234567890], without any spaces.

Also, at times, for Nexon Cash customers, Nexon’s web site experiences Nexon code charging errors. If you receive these errors, you should contact Nexon directly. We are unable to assist you with these types of errors as the problem is on Nexon’s side.

However, due increasing numbers of fraudulent claims, we kindly ask that you review the following prior to purchasing. Your purchase indicates your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

a. Claims regarding incorrect codes (codes that do not go through due to technical error) will be addressed, investigated, and corrected (if the problem is clearly our fault).

b. Claims regarding “code has already been redeemed” that are clearly false (i.e. an attempt to obtain free NX Cards) will NOT be tolerated. If we investigate and determine that any customer is untruthful regarding our brand new Online Game cards, their account will be terminated indefinitely.
